We visited on St. Patrick's for green donuts. They were not really busy, but the service was a mess. The first lady asked our order and then cut us off after the first bit and moved on. The cashier then proceeded to make and serve an iced drink with all melted ice, so it was warm and diluted when served. She made it again, but it was frustrating how little concern there was about a job well done.

I haven’t been to Krispy Kreme in forever. Today I went and got a dozen assorted doughnuts and the team member that assisted me was amazing. His name is Vern and I feel he went above and beyond and was very polite. I feel he is an asset to your company and my doughnuts were amazing . I will definitely return to this location in the future.

If could give this location less than 1 star I would. My husband & I have came to this location on 5 different occasions with the Hot Donut sign on, only to be told that there are no hot donuts. When asked when will they be make some more hot donuts they say do not know. The management & the crew do not seem to care. My husband & I stayed and talked to several customers. Everything here is terrible, the landscaping, the parking lot is dirty, and the young employees who work here have bad attitudes. I remembered a time when Krispy Kreme took pride in their donuts, I guess that time has past. The way this location is ran is very sad. I had good memories of Krispy Kreme but because of this location those fond memories are now faded, very sad.

The staff was great! They were very friendly and personable. I enjoyed going into a place of business and there being employees with personalities. I will definitely look forward to visiting again for my next dozen.

The absolute worst customer service ever. I love Krispy Kreme but it’s hard for me to go here. I’ve had this happen i know at least 4 times at this location. I understand being out of donuts but at least tell the customers upon arrival what you only have available. To make the customer go thru the entire menu attempting to guess what’s available and having them sit in the mic saying “we’re out of that one” and the same thing for like 5 donuts in a row only to hear the employees in the background laughing. It’s very frustrating.

I have been to this location several times. I went 3 mornings in a row to get the cinnamon rolls when they were supposed to have them. And of course they didn't. I also went this last Thursday at 8:30 to get St Patricks Donuts and again they didn't have. Why advertise special items then don't make them or don't make enough? I will just keep going to Donut Country or if I'm in Smyrna Donut Palace. Krispy Kreme here doesn't deserve 1 star.

I had to wait for about 15 min before the woman took my order. I wanted two coffees (which they were out of) and two dozen donuts because there is a deal with the rewards that you can get them for about $15. I had to repeat my order 4 times because the lady could not understand what I wanted. Also, they were out of almost every donut. It seems like every time I go they are always out. Do they just not feel like making them or something? Horrible experience & I couldn’t get all the things!
