Burger King

The Burger King mobile app has far too many glitches! They charged my card, then told me there was a problem and to pay another way. However, my bank had already sent an alert that the charge had gone through. I was rudely told that the app has nothing to do with the local store, when I called to explain the issue, then was told to call the app management people. I've tried that, but nothing other than an email acknowledgement so far. I'll also have to spend 20 minutes with my bank getting the false charge removed! The thing is, if you place your order online, you must still wait in line with the people doing it on the spot at BK. The difference is, it's far easier to place your order in person. Unless you want it delivered, just go to the drive through and place your order, it's easier and just as fast.

Ordered cheese. Didnt get it and for what ever reason got 1 tiny piece of lettuce. Really. Ask for cheese on 2 whoppers. Only one got it. Must be my lucky night. Go to call the number on the receipt and it's a cell number. How it that even possible. Avoid the bethel location unless you like paying extra for things and dont get it. Cannot even call the number - goes straight to voice mail. Ring the ripoff king. Cannot post without selecting a star for a rating. 1 star is to much.

Terrible service waited 17 min at the window after paying for our food. Finally after 15 min they told us that they were having trouble with the broiler. I asked then to just refund he closed the window and walked away. 2 min later they hand us a bag of food that had been sitting there the entire time. Burger King you need to get it together it's no wonder you are about to go bankrupt.
