Horrible experience picking up what was supposed to be a cold farmhouse feast to heat up tomorrow for Thanksgiving. The assistant manager was overwhelmed and it was busy, but yelling at us wasn't appreciated. The only employee who actually tried to help us also got yelled at by the assistant manager. A good number of the staff (including managers) wore their masks under their noses or completely pulled down under their chins. It took 45 minutes to pick up our food and half of the food was warm instead of what we had ordered. Other people in line had to leave without picking up their orders because they had come during their lunch break and couldn't wait any longer. Bob Evans is probably making good money from these to-go Thanksgiving meals, but it was very poorly executed at this location.

Made an order last night. Got a bacon cheeseburger.. Well what may have been a cheese burger once upon a time. Bacon burnt black. The worst and the strangest thing of all was somehow my cheese was burnt too 😂🤣. Literally unrecognizable burnt. Never have I ever tasted anything this bad. I couldn't believe how terrible this place was. I've eaten at Bob Evans before but perhaps never again. This was unacceptable and unbelievable.

I was so disappointed in our family meal. I ordered the Turkey and dressing dinner with 2 sides. There was barely enough Turkey for 4 people when advertised for 6 people. The dressing was so dry it wasn't fit to eat. A box of stove top stuffing would have been better. Finally, the green beans looked dyed with green food coloring. This was my birthday dinner, so disappointed. We usually order our Thanksgiving meal from your store but now having second thoughts .
