Lotus

I am not sure why the ratings are so low! Our family has been coming here for years!! Like 1 or 2 times a week at least. This place has had a few different owners and they all have been great! Prices and lunch menu are a steal Food is delicious Staff is friendly Overall this place is in my top favs for Chinese food!

There is something new cooking Mukilteo! Judging from the sign hanging it out front it looks there is a new owner. Apparently the new management can really cook, because my food was amazing! I went here once two years ago, but I didn't like my food so I had kinda written Lotus off. However, today my kids and I decided to give Lotus a second try. I am so glad we did! We ordered pot stickers, house chow mein, and almond fried chicken. All I can say is WOW. I particularly enjoyed the dipping sauce for the pot stickers. What a perfect blend of flavors! I also enjoyed that everything we ordered was an original take on classic American style Chinese. I was pleasantly surprised both by the presentation of the food as well as the taste. The portion size was perfect as well. We will definitely be visiting Lotus again.

Good neighborhood Chinese restaurant that features very generous portions at a great price. Stop in for lunch and you can get a meal big enough for two for about $8. Nothing fancy, but that's exactly what you want when you come into a place like this. Make sure to pop into Henry's Donuts right next door to finish off your experience.

The place is great, if you not sure because of some bad reviews look at the age of them. the restaurant has recently been under new management and I think what they mention are problems of the past. Customer service was as if they were family, after learning that my girlfriend hadn't had Chinese food before, the woman who I assume is the manager brought out a bunch of different dumplings for her to try at no charge, you can tell she was just happy that people like chinese food. You don't find service like that anymore.
