Chipotle Mexican Grill

I ordered a bowl for delivery while I was at work, it didn't come with a fork, so I couldn't eat it. It's the employees responsibility to put the fork in the bag before sealing it. I had to just throw it away because I can't leave my job to grab a fork as I'm the only employee for the whole day. I contacted customer service asking if I could have it refunded since it cost almost 20 dollars and I couldn't eat it without a fork. They offered me a free chips and guac... Which is something I always get when I order online for free anyways. I'll probably never order again because they don't know how to compensate mistakes.

Went into Chipotle last night to order a steak bowl and they said that unless there was exact change or I was paying with a debit card that they couldn't give me my order I politely told the cashier that I wasn't worried about the $0.20 back that I just wanted my order and he said that he still couldn't do it so I went out and got change from my car and he still couldn't do it so.. I used to be a regular at the store for a while and I guess this is how they treat the regular customers. That's fine. I guess it'll go somewhere else and be a regular customer at that store now.

For what you pay for a single burrito or bowl, it should be more consistent. Like someone else said, "Some days the food is amazing and other days almost inedible..." we ordered today, and omg.....the first bite I had out of my bowl tasted like a spoonful of salt! I spat it out! I added my own lettuce and tomato, removed about a pound of excess unmelted cheese (looked like a bowl of spaghetti, i kid you not), and then it would have been OK to eat, had the rice actually been the texture of cooked rice. Ever leave rice in the fridge for a few days, and it takes on the texture of bird seed????? Yep. That was my $10 bowl and my son's $12 burrito. I HATE complaining about food places, because I've worked in many myself, and I feel like one day someone is gonna spit in my food, BUT....other people who may be shorter on cash, and wanna splurge, should know first. It's only right.

So after waiting to order at Chipotle, almost 18 minutes.....I get to the glass to order and he says you have to use correct change! I said ok you can just keep the change 🪙. A girl said no that's called stealing. I said no that's called tip! She said I'm sorry. I said a sign would help...she pointed to the one at my navel at the order glass. I said no I mean before I wait in line 20 mind, like at the door!!!!!! Lordy. So I ordered you a creno sub, I will be there soon.
