BEWARE!!! Not only did the little girl up front not get my order right after breaking it down for her, she had the most disrespectful attitude. Also we waited for almost a hour for our order and eventually had to just get a refund and leave without the burger ordered to replace the wrong burger. There was plenty of workers so unsure why they couldn’t get the ordered out besides the little girl upfront spending more time talking to a friend who came in to being her coffee than doing her job.

Food is good. My wife and I went to pick up some whoppers after work, the cashier was very rude and told me that they were only taking cash only (I didn’t even see the sign until she pointed out after I placed the order) obviously I only had my debit card so I told her to ring me up on the drive-thru register but , she refused to do it. Finally someone took my card and ring me up.
I called the manager and complained. She was very nice and told me that she was going to follow up with my complain.

The dining room is closed. The drive thru is slow and understaffed. The food was good. Our order was correct.

My breakfast was incorrect. My order was read back to verify and was still incorrect and cold. They did compensate with another sandwich at a different time which was nice.

They seem like they're possibly understaffed, but any time I'm there the employees are super friendly and accommodating. Drive thru can take quite a while in the evenings BUT the food is always hot and the only time they made a mistake on my order, they made up for it!

DON'T GO!!!! Ordered a CB, mustard and tomatoes only. Got a HB, Mayo, lettuce, pickles, onion, tomatoes and a very SPECIAL piece of RAW MEAT. Will not go back. And you can't call and complain because their phone doesn't work.
