A pleasant surprise. I used to love IHOP but we haven't been in some time because the service has been so bad in every location we've been to all across the country. We decided to try this one and were pleasantly surprised. The service was very good and the food was delicious.

The wateriest got our drinks took our order and we did not receive our food the people that came in after us got theirs before we did . We even waited to see if our was coming out next when I. Fact it did not . Very bad dining experience . Can’t say we will be back . Good luck to the next dinner’s . It looked as though the other waitress . Had gotten our order but who knows we were told nothing . And walked out . Just so you know we had a very simple order 55 menus French toast bacon , and 55 menu with 3 pancakes with bacon . Waited 45 minutes in a near empty restaurant for our food, which came out cold. The waitress also treated us as if we were an annoyance. Too bad because, we're actually quite good tippers but, she'll never know that.

We waited to be seated for 5 minutes. Not because they were busy but because at least 3 employees were outside vaping or smoking and had no idea we were even in the restaurant.
As we were seated we walked past mostly dirty tables.
Food was luke warm.
Service was mediocre. It seemed our waitress was the only one doing her job and was burt/ stressed out.
I think y'all might need some new management.

We never even got our drinks we sat waiting ordered drinks and never saw the waitress again. After 20 minutes we decided to just leave. In the mornings we never have any problems with the wait staff, no matter how busy they are.

Stoped in on way home from Dallas. First time at THIS location and happy we came in. My Colorado came out hot fresh and delicious as usual. Daughter had the 2x2x2 it also was hot fresh and she said delicious. Service was fast and friendly. No Masks Nazis here and I'm very happy for that.

Standard IHOP food. Weird layout as far as getting in and seated. Came in when there were only two servers, the guy we got just seemed like he didn't want to be there, but he was nice so I felt conflicted. Maybe cause Margaret didn't call in and left him having to stay an extra few hours? Seems like something she'd do... anyways, it was alright and service for us was fast, but the group's that came in had to wait a looooooong time. Again, I'm sure that's Margarets fault
