I don't come to Dunkin often but I am very glad I did today :) The employee was SO kind and gave me 6 free donuts instead of 1! Made my day!! and they are DELICIOUS
Located inside a 7-Eleven, all of the ladies working have mannerly, engaging personalities. No dull robots here! Shiriqua made my iced coffee and after going to 5 other coffee places this week (McDonald's, Starbucks, etc) and being disappointed, I finally had the perfect iced coffee! I'm stopping here from now on for great coffee and true southern hospitality!
LESLIE. My name twin! She is my morning hero. I placed a door dash order, I wasn’t able to add certain items to my coffee on the app, so I called and she gladly added it for me. A few moments after getting off the phone, she calls back and let me know something else from my order is missing and if I would like a replacement. I have never had such great customer service experience through a door dash order. Leslie was so sweet and helpful. Thank you so much!
This drive-thru is my son’s and my happy place, we go here at least twice a week.
I don’t understand the other recent comments because the employees are always so kind to us and don’t get our orders wrong. Maybe once or twice they got it wrong but that’s nothing considering how much we go there. Sometimes the line is long, but that’s because they are short-staffed and that isn’t the staffs fault; being short-staffed is more stressful on them than on us; give them a break.
Seriously, they are the nicest and funniest people in the service industry. I have had a lot of great laughs here.
Maybe you Karens in these reviews need to watch your attitude and reflect on why you treat those working in the service industry so poorly.

Very good customer service , even though my order was small. . Just passing through the area on Fridays and the service is always great.
Fast friendly service asked store associate about a particular drink he did a well job explaining. Drink and donuts were delicious
Very friendly and helpful staff even though the place both inside and drive thru was packed. Drive through cashier (I believe her name was Tara) was very pleasant and smiling which is unusual at a drive thru also told me about a "pup cup" when she saw my puppy was with.
Great place, better people. Every time I stop by, everyone is SO friendly and happy to be there. Today I was helped by David, who was running the store by himself due to low staff, but was doing it with a smile and delivered amazing service.

This was a fast pace service.. Got my coffee hot and quick who doesn't like that .. So if your out this way heading to work there will sure take care of you and your coffee/ donuts/res croissants and breakfast is good and hot and they also have a store connected to it so you can get your sodas bottles of water
