This is one of the best Chick Fil a locations in South Carolina!!! The staff is very nice and friendly, especially the manager Malik. He has gone out of his way multiple times to make sure I am feeling welcome and the food is to my liking. Will be coming back!
Sad that all Chick Filas don't have the same service or atmosphere across the board. No smiling faces, most of the staff looked like they wished they were somewhere else and the dining area could have been cleaner and tidier.
I have long been a fan of Chick-fil-A and enjoy most of the menu items. Cannot buy better lemonade anywhere! Servers are courteous and hard-working. One, sometimes frustrating observation is that Chick-fil-A is becoming a victim of its own success. Access is becoming increasingly difficult as the restaurant footprint has become unduly crowded with the building positioning at corners that create and exacerbate traffic issues. That is my singular negative observation. Good, consistent food delivered with a good attitude.
This store consistently has its act together. I come here about 3 times a week and will continue to. The staff and quality are tops. My food is always hot and fresh. Great establishment🙏.
I placed two orders through the drive thru. Both orders were paid for but there was a mix up with the second order. Apparently, I was charged for someone else's oder. So, when I picked up the food I was charged again for my order but a different amount. I explained to the cashier that I now have two charges on my bank card for the same order. The manager came out to correct the issue. But,in his haste, he did not listen. Because he proceeded to refund the true amount of my order and charged me again for another order(that was already paid for). So, I explained that was incorrect and he refunded me again. However, I was left with the charge on my bank card for the incorrect amount from the beginning. This has truly soured my attitude towards this chain. I visit many different stores but this experience has been the worst I've had recently. No one expects to be cheated and when a customer is talking, all persons involved should listen with discernment. For clarification, ask questions if you do not understand. But never make assumptions. In this economy, every dollar counts. So charging your customers accurately should be a priority. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied.
Cricket is one the most genuine people I have ever met. We are from West Virginia but I wish I lived closer because her hospitality is amazing. You can’t beat good food and good service !

Food was hot and fresh, staff was friendly and laid back and there were a few tables across the parking lot (not far) next to a fenced in pond with funny Lil turtles swimming around.
We had 15 people from a tour bus on a tight schedule. They did a great job getting everyone served.
I thought the employees were great. But terrible parking lot. Just such a busy location. It wraps around the whoel building. I caused a bit of a problem because another customer ignored the signs and basically blocked me in after I got my food. I was holding up everyone. Eventually got out. But definitely needs to fix the layout for such a populated area.
Food is great. Workers are nice. The food does not take that long to get it. I would recommend going there.
