Arby's

The is Army's is becoming a personal favorite. Nicest drive through staff I've been to. I know my Beef and Cheddar I always going to be great, that's a given. But for the order to be perfect, that doesn't happen at all restaurants. It happens here. I also like the park like setting of the parking lot. I get to unwind on my lunch break.

This is my favorite Arby's location because of how clean it is. All of the employees are super friendly too, which seems to be rate in this industry. We were greeted when we walked in, asked if we had any questions, and were given some recommendations on new items. I'll definitely return to this location.

The customer service here is fantastic! The young man who works the window is always so upbeat and friendly. Usually drive thru window people get your money close the window and that's it but this guy talked with us asked us how we were. It was refreshing to see someone actually enjoy engaging with customers! Food was pretty good. Quick service. We will be going back!

I know Arby's is not everyone's favorite fast food joint (certainly not my wife's - she refuses to join me there), but this location is clean, friendly and well-kept. Also, weekday afternoons before 5 pm, they have very good discounts on their sliders, fries and some damn tasty homemade cookies. (My wife might hate Arby's but she gobbles the cookies and curly fries readily enough when I bring them home to her!)

The staff went out of their way for myself for my 84 year old mother. It was so greatly appreciated. Being the chef, and understanding the young lady at the cash register was new. I just suggested what I did when I was in her position. Giving her a simple way to help her improve her work in a polite manner. She was very thankful to.

this place is a ripped off. their coupon is bait and switch scheme...i bought 3 bourbon sandwiches at full prices. Their coupon said one free soda shake per full price sandwich. i have only one coupon. However i felt i should receive 3 free soda shakes instead of only one since i did bought 3 sandwiches. Instead the store manager said she would need 2 more coupons!!! what?? she practically dared me to NOT buy at the store for missing a couple of coupons. why do i need 3 coupons when they have proof right there and then that i bought 3 sandwiches!!!? I would not recomend to eat there. Their biz is already horrible, now thanks to the manager's apalling attitude, they just lost 4 more local customers. After writing this review, i notice 2 more reviews with one star right before me. Whoever the owner is, take notice. 3 single star reviews in the row?!! that ain't good
