Angelo's Pizza

Order from here many times the food was great than the last three times there were constantly issues. I tried to call and let them know once they said they give me 20% off because of an over charge and issues with the food being cold. I order at 9:25 pm and I did not get the order until after 11pm. So the next time i order I was missing things and the garlic butter sauce was gross. I called and the girl said sorry. The third time I called I asked them to repeat the order back to me to ensure it was correct , about an hour and a half later the Manger said he was not taking our order. Below is a photo one of the times the garlic butter sauce was gross. It actually has food pieces of food in it as if it was used or old. It looked like it was old cooking oil mixed in it. The other thime the garlic was burnt almost black. I asked the Manger to have the owner call me as I was told by one of the women who work there the manged does nothing . I never heard from the owner!

Ordered last minute on New Years Eve. Got the food quick and hot! Cheesesteak, Buffalo Chicken Steak Sandwich, fried ravioli and the French Fries w Old Bay ( can’t remember the exact name). Absolutely delicious. The fries weren’t drenched in the old bay and they were crispy and fresh. Prices good too!!!! Definitely going back for more. New to the area and have tried 5-6 other places. This is our #1.

I love Angelo’s pizza in my opinion this is the best type of pizza in New Jersey and maybe even the best in other states as well. Angelo’s has good costumer service and it’s right near my house so any time I need some good pizza I can always count on Angelo’s. Angelo’s is not that expensive. Their crust is always soft and I just love Angelo’s.

Angelo's Pizza is located in a small strip mall next to a WaWa (so typical of South Jersey). There is plenty of parking and the seating area inside is quite nice. You can definitely fit larger groups of people here and I imagine dining in would be quite nice based on the lovely seating area and decor. I decided to go with a plain slice and a square slice. The square was the better of the two and featured a thin, crispy base with good cheese and an excellent, spicy, garlicky tomato sauce. I wish there were more on the slice! The plain slice is decent, but was a bit soft in some areas and didn't have as great a structure as the square slice. There was lots of extra flour on the bottom and it could have benefitted from more sauce. The fluffy, bready crust was good though!
