I do not know if there are new workers or what it is but we’ve gone to this Taco Bell many times and this was the worst visit ever. The cashier was very short and mumbled the whole time. Our fries were dumbed in the bottom of the bag and I did not get what I paid for with the rice. I really hope next time is better.

This is my usual stop on the way home from work Sunday nights, but tonight they didn't want my money. Waited while 2 cars ahead of ordered and got their food. Pulled up to speaker and was told to hold on. I thought, ok, that's cool, usually it's only a minute or 2 but not tonight. Waited what felt like 5 or 6 minutes. Spoke up and lady said a few more minutes. Nope, tired of waiting after working 11 hour shift. Oh well, maybe it saved me from food poisoning or something.

Worst service ever. Didn't get anything right that I ordered. Tried to call and speak with a manager. Couldn't even do that due to all the kids laughing and playing in the background. Sounded like a daycare in there !! Horrible service. My tacos weren't even wrapped. Just thrown in the bag.

Just left Taco Bell in Mt. Juliet, Tenn and ordered 2 of the cheddar crust tacos. One with beef and one with chicken. There were more lettuce, cheese, and sour cream in abundance and a VERY small amount of beef and chicken. Will not buy it again. Horrible

I got my order fast and this was about 1pm on a weekday
They had a steady stream of customers but no one from drive through to eat in and even
Delivery drivers picking up their delivery had a wait

the girls that work here are out of control management and hygiene are both not present and the mobile order girl has given us the wrong order 3 times for me once for my mom lol

I witnessed a manager training a cashier/order taker and I was impressed by her patients and compassion.Also although I only ordered a Chalupa and a soft drink,the Chalupa was quite tasty and filling.Lots of meat.I don't eat out often due to my budget but I would gladly repeat my visit.

I don't ever feel the desire to post a review for anywhere. But this taco bell is a daily stop for my working close by, and I have never felt more valuable as a returning customer. These folks bust their butts to feed our city and I have always have an amazing experience each time I have been, which is quite a bit with my schedule. This staff deserves a raise for the volume of customers they get in a day and managing them all with outstanding customer service. Thank yall for being the outstanding staff you all are. I look forward to each visit, not just for the food but the amazing team working here.
