Love the variety of dishes and to explore the menu. Always fresh and hot. Good spot for larger groups. Plenty of food per meal to take home for lunch the next day! Lots of parking and outdoor seating.
Food was amazing. Teriyaki chicken was delicious. Sushi was very fresh and amazing. Waitress was the only thing that keeps this from being 5 star. She took our drink order and disappeared. The restaurant wasn't busy. She just wasn't that quick or maybe she was new. Since the food is good I will be back....
Hole-in-the-wall feel with very good food. The sushi platter is very good and comes on a boat! Very fun.
First time eating at MoriMori, but definitely won't be the last! We were in love with each menu item we ordered: the Hot Wok Tiger Shrimp; the Tempura Spicy Tuna, Baked Scallop, and the Banana Boat Maki rolls were beyond incredible. I nearly ordered some Banana Boat Maki to go so we could have it for later! Succinctly umami. I hope they keep this one after the "seasonal menu" changes. The restaurant was not packed (one other customer during our stay, and to-go orders) but the staff and our waitress were extremely quick and courteous. Definitely recommend if you're in Mt. Juliet!
Consistent food, relaxing atmosphere!

Spring Rolls:
These are first for a reason. A MUST have and stupid delicious! SUPER flaky and golden fried shell with incredible umami flavor inside. Excellent dipping sauce. 15/10 always get EVERY time I go.
Teriyaki Chicken:
Good portion of everything. We usually start with spring rolls and if you get miso soup and the salad, this could be split between two people or stand alone as a filling meal. This plate is cooked perfectly every time! Zucchini, onions, carrots, broccoli are just beyond al dente but still have a crunch - we take out the mushrooms. I appreciate the hot plate it’s served on which keeps cooking things and adds more flavor at the bottom to the entree! White rice on the side. It’s white rice. Other than being sticky enough to use chop sticks, not much on it to write home about.
Sushi:
Nicely priced “normal” (Philly, Cali) and special rolls are very good every time. Standard ginger and wasabi on the side.
Yum Yum sauce isn’t the best. It tastes too much like tarter sauce instead of yum yum even though I add it to the teriyaki chicken which tones down the taste.
Last dine in Jun '21 our server asked if we could pay with cash instead of card because the owner "keeps the tips." My girlfriend had a similar experience during a take-out order.
I would just thank MoriMori for their excellent customer service. I had no idea that Uber eats royally messed up my delivery until I received a phone call from what sounded like the owner/manager at MoriMori. He asked if I had received my order since multiple drivers stopped by to pick it up. I in fact had not gotten my food and when I checked the app it was saying it hadn’t even been picked up yet. I contacted Uber via both chat and a phone call and they could honestly care less. They would only go by what the app was saying. So they essentially were calling both me and MoriMori a liar. Anyways back to the initial phone call…with out me even asking, the man at the restaurant told me he would make sure I received my food. They remade my order and it was delivered. AND it was delicious. Customer service like this doesn’t happen very often these days. So I just wanted to say thank you.
First sushi restaurant in Mt. Juliet that I could find that had mango sushi rolls and they were amazing. We also had the orange chicken and fried rice with Shrimp and it was phenomenal! We will definitely be coming back!
