Subway

I was in this subway for 15 minutes. I was the only customer ordering when I came in, Miles the sandwich maker must have been high. I originally wanted a meatball sub but you guys only had one meatball in the container and he tried to tell me he would put turkey and ham and smother it in the marinara sauce so I went for a chicken bacon ranch, he forgot the bacon at first and tried to tell me it would be an extra charge for the bacon until I reminded him I ordered the chicken bacon ranch, I also had to tell him my toppings 3 times and he almost forgot the ranch so I once again had to tell him how to make the sandwich. The lady that was behind me walked out because he was taking too long, and there was another person working with black and blue curly hair who was trying to get him to move on but was also pretty rude. I answered a question he asked me and she interrupted and told him to hurry with the sandwich so when I stopped taking she looked at me and said that we could continue our conversation now. This experience coupled with a few weeks ago when I was doordashing and waited an hour for a doordash order has lead me to believe this location is not run well at all. Coming from someone who is also a general manager at a restaurant, whoever is in charge of this store does not care apparently.

The fat lady working there is mean. She needs to be nicer. She is fiesty and she needs to treat her customers better. Once she made a sandwich and I felt like she was mad while making the sandwich- you could taste it. The workers there should take more care in making the sandwich rather than slab on all the ingredients to the sub. I don’t think I am ever going there again.

The girl working was very rude and had no customer service skills. The young guy working was super polite and did a great job. The young lady, however, was terrible and honestly should not work there. She made subway look terrible. I was not the only one upset that night, there was a lady there when I came back that was upset because he sandwiches weren't ready and they were out of chicken and tomatoes.

I’m only leaving this review in hopes the owner see it and fixes his/her investment before it maybe goes under. The kids working there T & K couldn’t care less about making a sandwich. I ordered a wrap and the kid literally took all 4 sides and pinched them together and wrapped it in paper…I’ll have to eat from home out of a bowl. One was working in the back while the line grew and grew while the other one moved sooo slow. It was almost comical. I watched a customer walk out while my food was being made. Anyways…subway ingredients have gone waaay downhill across all stores but the service at this store makes it a no-go anymore.

UPDATE - LITERALLY GAVE THEM 5 STARS THE OTHER DAY BUT I have never walked out of a subway but the girl with the glasses was extremely unpleasant. She needs excessive training in customer service. Tiffany was the only person keeping me from completely walking out after she made my husband's sub. HOWEVER - Nova, I think that's what her name tag said, is a shining star for this location after quickly scanning through previous reviews. She was incredibly sweet and thoughtful. I used to go to the Belmont location but noticed the service at this location is a bit better. Thank you Nova! You made an everyday task very pleasant! Kudos for a fabulous job!
