Taco Bell

The woman at the first window. Her name was Gail. She was superb and seemed like she actually wanted to be there. She was very friendly and sweet. By the time we got to the 2nd window the girl was the complete opposite. We ordered 2 box meals and they just threw all of the orders for 5 people in our car that ordered food in 1 big bag. Our lettuce had ice on it from being frozen just before they made our tacos. The flour tortillas were cold frozen as well, like they just threw everything together as quick as possible.

Slow service, forgot an item, and barely filled our burrito and crunch wrap supreme. :( We waited 20 minutes at the drive through window on a Monday night. I understand fast food service is rough now, but it would be nice to get a heads up instead of idling there for so long AND receiving food items so barely filled. :(

I got my order right but I was handed the wrong order. So the exchange the bag. There are three per people at the window. I guess one was training and you know hand me the wrong order. And he was really flustered so I told him to just keep it slow. So he didn't make so many mistakes because it look like the other two that I was working with him we're fixing his mistakes. I I understand that you have to train your employees. But on a Sunday night with the fireworks going there wasn't many customers in the checkout line. I did get my correct order after a little confusion. So I'm going to give the new employee five stars because he made it right and then when he gave me the mild sauce he gave me such a big handful that it fell between the car and the window. I was just told him to take your time.

I tried to give this location a shot a handful of times they keep messing my drive through orders up and my online app orders up adding stuff I requested off forgetting to put on stuff I did request the food is always cold and tastes old and dried out. They don’t fill up the tacos or burritos enough the only thing they can seem to get right is the drinks besides always adding ice when I ask for no ice. It’s sad to be honest I will not be coming back to this location I rather drive out farther to spend my money they team is slow and unprofessional they need new staff and it’s so ghetto and slow service
