Billy's Bbq

If I could give 0 stars I would. This establishment is DISGUSTING! I can see why there sanitation rating is low. The waitress that walked up to the table smelled like a fresh lit cigarette. I never one time in the whole 10 mins of me sitting in this place seen so much filth in my life. You have people handling money, and then directly going and touching people’s food and not wearing gloves or washing there hands in between. I didn’t even eat after seeing all this, I left and will not return. This place needs desperate help!!!!!

My first time there. Friends being telling me about this place, well I finally went, and bad first impression. I called ahead a breakfast order, now I would say it was about 15 mins after I called it in that I left the house. Now, I get there it wasn't crowded at all, so yes in and out great!! The only reason I scored it 2 stars, is that the cashier did greet me. I told her I have a call-in order, she immediately ran to the back to check on it( remember it's been over 15 mins and she ran back so quick never asked the name on the order) ok she comes back out and told me a few more mins. Ok fine, 5, 10, mins go by so I ask again how much longer and this time I caught her before she ran, lol and told her the order name, she went back came back and said not quite ready (dang this food better be absolutely mouth-watering) . So I step to the side again while she check a few customers out. At this point it's going on 45 mins, for cheese grits and a bacon sandwich 🤔. A gentleman spoke and said good morning to me and returned the gesture, and the same time I just happened to look at the counter where checkout was and saw a bunch of tickets glanced real hard and my ticket sitting there with 3 others, I see no food ready tho, my ticket never made it back there. She running back and forth telling me a few minutes and granted no one else is placed an order since I've been there almost an hour, so no food was cooking during her backdoor travels lol, crazy...What? Really, I just handed her the ticket and nvrmnd...Guess what she said, oh it will be a few minutes 🤪.. Their system is not to organized. I just didn't appreciate the fact that the lie was kept for 45 mins... everyone makes mistakes, could of been solved looong time ago. Dang, I'm still hungry!!!😳

Great place to eat. I went at the right time at 4:00 weren't but three other people there but after that they really got busy but that shows me people love this restaurant. The only complaint I have is they were a lot of tables dirty crumbs on the table and on the floor so we didn't get to sit where we really wanted to
