Marco's Pizza

Was greeted kindly when i came to pick up chicken wings and Greek salad. All employees were working together and as a team. The chicken wings were ordered with sauce on but asked after arriving if sauce could be on the side. Which they kindly did. The wings were well cooked, juicy and falling off the bone. Buffalo sauce had a little kick but paired well with the blue cheese dressing. Greek salad was delicious also. It had feta cheese, onion, black olives, and tomatoes. Will definitely have to come back and try there BBQ sauce and maybe chicken Caesar salad next.

Marcos in Mt. Holly is one of the better places to get a pizza in the local area. However there are a few things that hold it back. Despite this, here's my review in each category. Food Quality: The pizza itself is very delicious and the toppings they just pile on are amazing. However, everytime I've gotten a pizza, it seemed undercooked. I've started informing the employee upon call to prepare it "Well Done" which seems to solve this problem. I'm not a well done type of guy but this seems to be the way to go here. Service: This varies a lot depending on their staffing. They are not immune to the staffing shortage so I will give them some leniency on their service shortcomings recently. Prior to the pandemic I never had a problem with their service. Atmosphere: Not the type of place to sit down and eat but they do have a couple of tables if you so choose (at the time of writing). Definitely not a place to bring a date or have a social occasion but... That's not their business model anyways. Miscellaneous: Their location is perfectly fine and I have no oddballs to list. I like the place way more than local pizza chains so if you're looking for a step up this might be the the place for you.

Ordered wings. Got home ready to eat and I realized I was given Buffalo wings instead of plain. Tried calling and was on hold 38 minutes twice and hung up on both times. Road back to get my order straight. While there almost everyone's order was wrong. Will I return, not to this particular location.

My initial review was accurate, but not with understanding the circumstances at the time. We have purchqsed from.Marco's for years and have always enjoyed their offerings. We ha e now gone to carry out to help support the store and aviod any potential issues with delivery going forward. Great pizza and wings...recommended.

Ordered food and our delivery driver Danny pulled in to our driveway and beeped. As soon as I heard this I went outside to get the pizza from him, not even 30 seconds after him beeping and as I was walking down our driveway he peeled out of our driveway without even giving us a call to ask how he could get in our gate (instructions were put in on how when order was placed). I had to call the store to tell them what happened and they said they would send him back out. 10 minutes later I get a call from Danny stating he is 10 minutes away and that he will give me a call when he is at the gate (why was this not done the first time he was here?) When he got here he had the biggest attitude and pulled out of our driveway at a high rate of speed tires screeching and all. Worst experience with a delivery driver ever. This store needs to get rid of this employee before it costs them a lot of customers or he hurts someone with his aggressive driving in residential areas.

We put in an order two hours before they closed on DoorDash, no dasher went to pick it up. We called about an hour after we put the order in and they said they couldn’t make any more orders because they had put everything away. After that we went to get food somewhere else, they said somebody had picked up and dropped the order off. When we got back from picking up our food, no food was at our door and we were still charged for it. DoorDash should be trying to get their money back from this place as they are getting free money from them for a product that was clearly never made.
