Lovely time spent at this winery. I love the historic building. Some of us enjoyed a nice glass of wine and a few the cold beer. If we had time, we would've enjoyed the delicious menu,

I came for the wine, but ended up enjoying my salad, the parade, the guests, and the bartenders even more! Knowledgeable about their wines with a fun and entertaining personality; this was a wonderful experience! Definitely ask about the story behind the Restless Soul wine.

Fine dining in a casual but intimate setting. The food was incredibly delicious! It truly surpassed my expectations. I made a reservation here for my husband’s birthday since we book a cabin nearby for the weekend and I am so glad I did! I highly recommend! The service was phenomenal, our waitress was very knowledgeable and kind, and the food was on point!

Love Old North State Winery. We stopped in during the Craft Beer and Wine Festival in Mount Airy today. It was crowded but we quickly got a seat at the bar and took advantage of the Dry Wine tasting and had an excellent Lunch. Followed it up with my favorite new mimosa. The grapefruit mimosa. Get one or two! Bartender Nick was very attentive even though they were very busy. He was great and his partner, sorry we didn’t get his name was just as awesome.

Great Chef! Fabulous Sommelier! Terrific energy! Historic building and downtown setting add to the overall ambiance. Thursday wine tastings are great fun & educational! You can’t go wrong whether you eat there for lunch, dinner, one of their special Sunday Brunches or Chef’s Table Dinners! Enjoy!

My wife and I always make it a point to stop here first when my band, The Main Event Band, performs at The Blackmon Amphitheater! Super service, waiters and waitresses all have positive attitudes and the wine is off the chain!

Really good food, the chef here knows what he’s doing. They could really use a boost at the bartending position, coming from a bar owner myself, the menu doesn’t make a lot of sense and the staff behind the bar needs training if they’re serving cocktails. Could be 5 stars easily with slight improvements. Best fine dining in Mount Airy though.

Food is outstanding there. The wine is very good and priced reasonably for what you get. The staff treat you like family. It's 2 hours from my home but we try to go there once a quarter. One of our favorites.
