Mcdonald's

Good Lord...nothing comes out right here. You order extra crispy fries, double check that it was noted. Ask at the pick up window...yup, told extra crispy. Opened bag right there. Cold...oily...limp. Said they were not what was ordered...she demanded them back and told me to pull ahead and wait. 17 minutes later I was brought a half full box of hot fries..I wasn't going to ask for extra crispy again...but did want my full bag. I was told that I ate some before complaining about the first order and that they were "giving" me back my original fries. WTH? If it wasn't for the convenience and the sweetest older woman with a long braid at the first window...I wouldn't come back.

I refuse to go to this McDonalds. The manager allows the a certain one staff member to yell at people in the drive through. As in I drove up said one second please. Than she came back in 1 min and said hello what do you want. Helllo apparently nothing. Than I said if you just give me a chance to tell you instead of you saying hello. Than a manager said she was standing there and heard it and said I’m sorry. After she checked me out and I asked for a manager. I’m in the restaurant biz. I work over 40 hours a week serving others. Being friendly and nice is free. Several occurrences but here’s one.

The manager was so rude thinking I was lying about my order (DoorDash order) brought my receipt even through the drive-thru , and she was still acting like I was lying !!! Still didn’t get my stuff I order gave me half !!! But whatever . Worst mc Donald’s ever !!! How is she even a manager !!!! How do you even talk to customers like that. I thought managers get that title for great customers service and how the perform. She does not play that roll at all !!!!! I’m a head manager and she would honestly get fired before even trying to become a Manager!!! Get a different job if you don’t like it !

Handed me the wrong order in the drive thru at first, forgot to take onions off my order as well. Bit into a french fry and pulled a very long greyish hair out of my mouth that was fried into the fry... Called them to tell them and they said nobody working there had grey hair, but the lady that handed us our food absolutely had greying hair. Not saying it was her, but don't lie on the phone when I was there 10 minutes ago...
