Last time I came (memorial day weekend) I waited in the lobby for 15 minute while 4 employees sat on their butts. One said they were off the clock when my husband said something about it when their coworker had clearly stated why they hadn't clocked out yet. Manager came up and ignored everyone while changing out the register. We walked out. Today despite the doors saying open at 8 and online saying open at 9 and it was almost 10, the lobby wasn't open. It's ridiculous.

The child they have working at night is very rude and has no customer service skill what so ever. She sounds grown,but if she hate her job that much she needs to find a new one. They need more training on people skills than they do on how to make a taco. Mrs. Deb and Deleena you rock but whomever yall got closing at night killing yall sales. Just plain rude and when you like that I dont want you to fix nothing for me. Not even a cup of water.

My beans on my spicy tostada where in a scoop instead of spreading around like normal. No big deal, right? Wrong. I went spread it and when did they start serving bacon on it?? Oh that not bacon it's crusty beans. why would you serve this??... The beans are so dry/burned whatever you want to call them they are crunchy and disgusting. Refried beans should never be crunchy. Fed it and a bean burrito to the dog...

Very rundown place. Food is always cold.The place is always dirty and nasty smelling.The management is so rude to there employees. When we was there this last time. The manager was yelling at her employees in front of the customers. Not cool. This place needs a better management.

Ordered 60 dollars in food. They left out half the order. How do these people manage to screw things up when they have a screen that tells them exactly what's needed, a person that checks the order, and another that hands it out the window? This is why you do not deserve 15 an hour. You cannot do even simple tasks that take no skill.

Very unprofessional. The workers cuss at you when you ask them to fix your order. They make me want to not eat taco bell again. Very nasty and ghetto. Food is cold too.
