The girl at the window was awesome , I ask for grape jelly and the old lady didn't want her to give me any, she said it's in the bag . It wasn't and while she was fussing at girl she forgot to put all of my order in the bag. I drove back around to get the rest and the car in front of me was returning their wrong order also. The young girl was still nice and the old lady fussed but did give me the rest of MY food..I Told the young girl she was doing a great job and if the old lady would worry about doing her own job and stop trying to fuss at young girl she might quit making mistakes.

Clean men's restroom. Cleanish dining area. Don't stand in one place to long though because you will get stuck to the floor!!! Management needs to get involved with this facility. Employees do NOT know what customer service is.

The gentleman at the drive thru window was very pleasant and knowledgeable of the menu. The food was just ok, my fries was over cooked and most of them was light brown. I could not eat them.

Hardee's biscuits are awesome. The new prime rib burrito was good too.

The service was terrible! I got asked to pull around front to wait for my food and 3 people who pulled up after me recieved their food before I did. They had forgot to bring mine out to me so by the time I got it it was all cold! The biscuits were sloppily thrown together and the prime rib burrito had ZERO flavor and was really tough!! I was very disappointed and they didn't offer to redo my order or even offer an apology 😒 I will not go back to this Hardee's

This was possibly my worst fast food experience I've ever had. The cashier caught an attitude with me when I asked if it was breakfast or lunch. so then I ordered what was on the menu and she asked me again if I meant breakfast or lunch. I very clearly made my order and I got up to the pay window and they had the orders wrong. I tried explaining that we wanted to add fries and a drink but they ignored me three times. It was an incredible delay. The food was lukewarm at best. All of the employees seemed confused about how to serve two meals. If I were the owner or manager of this restaurant I would fire the entire staff and start over. we were the only customers in the drive-thru or in the store and they still struggled with basic requests. Oh, and my drink came without a straw. honestly I'm sure there is more I could talk about but it was such a bad experience this is all I can think of right now.
