Applebee's

First time we came in for burgers they were completely raw in the middle, it happens. However second time and the same thing, will not be coming back anytime soon...the waitress we had the first time was absolutely amazing I will say that, when she had noticed my wife's burger being raw she immediately said that's not okay, she even confronted the manager when he said they would replace it, and asked him if they could just take it off entirely and replace it. She had a very strong accent and I cannot for the life of me remember her name. I tipped her $100, she deserves a raise. Next I know she came outside and gave me a hug, we need more people like her, that literally brought tears to my eyes. I am giving 3 stars just for that employee, the food was horrible, both times and I'm not going to sugar coat it, but that woman went ABOVE and beyond what she needed to

Normally this place isn't that good but we gave it like a 15th try (it's a small town, only a few places a 5 year old likes to eat) and it was actually pretty good. I got the prime rib dip, husband got the hamburger quesadilla, and the kiddo got a corn dog and fries. The sandwich was delicious. Now it could have been because I was super hungry, but it was truly yummy. Husband's quesadilla was medium rare and juicy af. He devoured it. And my kiddo thought he corn dog and fries were tasty. Not a single complaint. Also, I got a frozen Bahama mama (or something similar) and it was also delicious. I don't know if the staff has changed or what, but it was good food. Although I will say that they pay their wait staff super low wages, so if you go, please tip them properly. They truly deserve it.

Started as a nice experience. Clean, COVID precautions well in place. Riley our server appeared to be new and was easily side tracked. Orders didn't come out anywhere near together and then not complete. Took a bit to complete orders and get drink refills. Riley was doing his best and was very friendly.
