Over the past year I have been sent to this KFC for office lunches about once a week and almost every time there has been something wrong with the order, either a wrong item or a missing item. While they will typically fix the order, the long wait time makes it almost impossible to fix during lunch hours; I can’t wait another thirty minutes in the drive through for a chicken breast! They regularly do not include any sauces, butter spread or honey spread in the orders even when asked for them specifically. On top of all this, they regularly do not have menu items available. 90% of the time they do not have pot pies available even though it is a very popular item. Several times they haven’t even had fried chicken available!

KFC MOSCOW- you rock!! My husband and I walked in with the strangest request: can we buy a couple pieces of chicken but put it in a large bucket. We explained to them that we were housing our first exchange student and KFC is his favorite US fast food. Instead of holding a “welcome sign” at the airport- we wanted to hold up a tub of chicken lol The workers went above and beyond providing us with more goodies that we could imagine and truly made this day special for us…. You should’ve seen the look on our exchange students face when he got off the plane!

Yesterday I ordered food at 7:44pm for pick up at 8:15pm. I did happen to show up 10min earlier, and I did expect to wait. The girl who helped was very friendly, said it would be 14min because the chicken is still cooking. Sure fine, I went for an errand came back and still 20minutes later it was not done.. although the employees were friendly, I felt like it was unacceptable that I had to wait that long when I had ordered way ahead of time. Also I did not order corn, buuuut I found a piece of corn in my mashed potatoes 😳 please contain your cross contamination better.

Utterly incompetent and slow during the evening for some reason. Nobody in front of me, takes 2 minutes to get my order taken. Pull to window, and wait another five. Than get told they are making fresh fries and pull around to park for another 10. 17 minutes for a no line order of tenders and fries.
