Steak 'n Shake

As you come in to this establishment you notice how clean it is, then you place your order, the wait wasn't long, & then your number is called. I ordered a steak Burger, with fries, and a vanilla shake. The food was delicious 😋 the meat was nice & tender, the bun was soft & fresh. The staff get your order to you right away. Yes family friendly. 👪 As for the cost of the meal, it depends on what you order. We shall be back 😋

I haven't had S&S for a while now and decided to order curbside for the first time. My order said it would be about 11-16 minutes, which I wasn't timing, but I feel like I waited within that time frame. Maybe a little faster! I called the store to them them know I was there per the app instructions. The gentlemen i spoke to was very polite and friendly. I think they were the same person who brought out my order. Quick and friendly service, I'll stop by more often!

Get 2 fresco melts with extra sauce. I was in drive thru and didn't take a look until I was already down the road. The melts were swimming in sauce. I would estimate 5 or 6 times the normal amount. I have never had a sandwich so blatantly ruined. It was obvious it had to be on purpose. I drove back to store and showed manager and all he had to say was "well you wanted extra". All he had to do was offer new sandwiches. Of course I was irritated at his response. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this store as management could care less.

I orders chili Mac for my family and when I got home the containers were upside down in the bag and no silverware. I called them to get a refund and they just hung up on me, also I am pretty sure they are running a crack shack because nobody is there and they are still open. 🌶️🤮🍝 I hope we all boycott them and they shut down because I need my 💰🤑😠🤬

We ordered and paid online and chose curbside service. We called the number on the sign in the parking space and was told by the man to come inside and pick up our food. My husband's meal was great but mine was missing my side and just ok. We would eat there again but didn't see the point in ordering ahead or curbside if it wasn't being used correctly.

Booo! If I could leave negative stars I would. No table service, had to order at a kiosk with severe allergies. Every single table free was filthy. Had to get my order in, sit down, get up to get my order and get up to bus my table! It was more aerobic than a Catholic church service! Would not reccommend!

I was in morton il steak n shake today with my 2 children and an adult individual with autism and the manager christina was very compassionate and caring when the adult i take care of had a big meltdown. Didnt call the police like i was scared of due to how loud he was and he was hitting me. Thank you for being so compassionate and amazing!!!
