An Employee threw a melted ice cream cone in my car. I’m looking into making them pay for the cleaning. Don’t go here, they are absolutely horrible!!! How is the staff allowed to do stuff like this and keep their jobs?

My wife and I were out for a drive and decided to get a couple of cement mixers. Unfortunately whoever made them was feeling selfish and didn't want to share any toppings with us. I guess my bad that I didn't go in and complain on the spot. I thought there were scoops with predetermined sizes but perhaps not. The Peoria location on N. University by the Metro Centre does a pretty good job with cement mixers. Maybe I'll stick to going there and avoid the Morton store altogether!

I’ve been here a handful of times and have yet to have a negative experience. Always clean, quick and friendly. What more could you ask of a fast food chain?

Would leave a half star if I could. We go there on average twice a week or used to. One time my family went there to get four sandwiches. The tenderloin we ordered looked like it was in a wrestling with two beastly ladies. It came with half a bun no topping and the tenderloin was torn in half and looked like a pulled pork sandwich. Then we had to drive 20 miles back to get a new one and the manager looked like he was In disbelief about to walk off the job ,after seeing the massacred tenderloin, to have a long long smoke break!!!

We typically visit this Culver’s over the East Peoria location because they are consistent. That was until today. Today we received two meals with burnt buns, excessive condiments on one and missing condiments on the other with tepid french fries.

Excellent drive-thru service on dayshift. Not only is my order always hot and fresh but they always ask if I want cheese sauce or ketchup with my fries. I tend to forget to ask for condiments.

This is one of the best Culver's I have been to. It was clean. Employees were great. Food was quickly made and brought to our table. We will be visiting this one again!
