Golden Krust Morrow

Today visit 11am the food was okay, customer service by management horrible getting worst. Young lady sell side gravy as I usually get, she was rude to the employee "naw we don't do that". The nasty attitude employee shared Paulette & Steve the owner. Fussing over this. Hot Mess! None of management is friendly always frowning. I am done with this location no matter polite they will still find a way be give poor customer service.

Rude as ….. the music was so loud, I couldn’t hear myself talk. They didn’t have Beyond patties. The food was fine but the service was terrible. What makes you think having the radio blasting full tilt is pleasurable? I had to step outside to take a call from my wife. I explained I’d never eaten here before but it mattered little to the young man taking my order at 6pm on 2/10/22.

I like Golden Krust. Was happy to see one when I moved on this side of town. I called myself treating myself to some Golden Krust for lunch. Big mistake. As I was eating my food I noticed this black looking rice in my rice. I pick it up and it's was a burnt bug and you could see the leg 🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮 I thrown the entire plate away. Never again will I order from this location.

This soup is and look disgusting! Why would they deliver something like this. I called because I ordered DoorDash from this Morrow location and the lady answered the phone with an very unprofessional attitude. I asked her her what kind of soap that was and she replied “the soup of the day” still not answering the question! So I asked what kind, then she again replied “whatever soup of the day it is” first off it only says soap of the day on the DoorDash app, second why the attitude. Never again will I get anything else from this restaurant. Can’t even support your own people because they are so angry. This is unacceptable!
