The guy scanned my app for an offer but told me it was for a regular coffee not latte. I kept the latte, but then he asked me to pay and that it was too late to scan my app. He told me too bad. People at Dunkin are maybe trained for that scam because it’s happening half of the time, they tell me «too late, sorry » even if I didn’t pay yet. So there is a sort of scam with some Dunkin places, this is one of them.

Changed a lot since I was last in one. No sleeves for hot cups. No chocolate frosted donuts without sprinkles. Was quick, hot and fresh so it was fine.

I really like this dunkin donuts the staff is friendly, and its usually never busy. They always make sure that my food is nice and warm.

Wish the app would let me order my 2x turbo shot in my XL dark roast coffee with hazelnut and cream with a few icecubes. Great service I walk in and bam they know my order better than I do. Thanks Jess you make my day all the better when I walk in and see you working.

Lafayette Ave location in Morristown is great. The employees take the time to learn your coffee. When I get to the counter it's already made, just the way I like. They make this the neighborhood coffee shop

This is my favorite DD! Their customer service is FAB and my order always comes out quick and correct! You have to ask to be buzzed into the bathroom but that's probably why it stays so tidy 😁
