Made our first visit and was not disappointed! My 5yr old son devoured an entire cheeseburger! And kept saying it was the best he's ever had and how much he loved it! I thoroughly enjoyed the club sandwich that I ordered, and found the French fries to be perfectly cooked and seasoned!
Service was fantastic! Selena was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. And Shelly the manager was super awesome!
Will be returning with rest of family more often!!

Applebee's was short staffed.
My husband and I were patient when someone came to seat us.
Our Server was great.
Problems:
1) When Food Runner drops off your food and literally runs off without you getting to ask them where the 2 sides of Ranch are that you requested with your order.
2) My lack of Sauce on my Whiskey BBQ Burger (see picture)
3) No sauce on mt Husband's Chicken sandwich.
Just beware.

Had a great meal with friends the food was great and the service was great.
Applebee's have a great menu and are consistent with their delivery of well prepared food as stated in the menu.
The staff were attentive and quick to serve what we ordered without being over fussy disturbing the meal, our waitress even managed to understand our various UK accents.
This restaurant holds up this chains good name with great food and service give it a visit.

I've tried this place twice, a couple months apart from each other and both times some of the food tasted like dish soap or cleaning solution of some kind. One time it was a burger and a pasta dish and the next time it was a steak. I'm not sure if the dishes aren't being rinsed well enough or what, but it's definitely strange and unpleasant. The staff was friendly and attentive and the manager had no problem taking the food off the bill which is nice. Might wait a few more months and give it another shot.

The tacos I ate were not good. Unfortunately. The only highlight was our server. She was amazing and very attentive. But not overbearing. Which is a skill most people in the service industry can never master. I only wish I could remember her name. 😔

One of the worst experiences I’ve had at Applebee’s! Food was cold! Had to look for the waitress. She had just got here. Was sitting down with all of the staff. Didn’t even check on us! Terrible is not the word! Fries are just pieces! The photos show why we can’t get any service been here for 20 minutes no refills!

Waited about 20 minutes to be seated on a Friday night. Short staffed. Only half of the tables were seated. Excellent service. Good food. Fair price. Free movie tickets. Satisfied.
