They were quick with my food and polite

Enjoyed our lunch visit. The food was fresh and tasty. The Big Mac was very good. The fries were freshly made. The hamburger kids' meal was great too, and the toy was really nice. Topped off with great service by a friendly staff and clean restaurant made for an enjoyable family meal.

This is as nice of McDonald's as you'll ever want to visit and it's not too bad to get in and out from the interstate. Follow the directions to get back on the interstate

We were a table of 4 with 2 orders. Mistakes were made & orders needed correcting. BUT the staff corrected pleasantly, & n a friendly manner(?).
There was a grumpy mom struggling to not "Karen" for understandable reasons...
Anyway, even she agreed that the staff was overwhelmed & under-helped. (They need to stop for 10 min & everyone take a smoke break.)
All efforts were made & the crew maintained a friendly air(?).
They were struggling, but they were campions about it!
Everyone working Sun, 10/8 afternoon deserves MUCH PRAISE for doing all the right things when everything was going wrong.

I ordered 80 McDoubles at 11:00 am without notice. The associate said they could do it by 11:55- just enough time to get back to church and feed the bus kids. Well, mission accomplished
I got the burgers at 11:52 ahead of schedule. The staff was friendly and helpful although I had created an extreme hardship for them. I can not say enough. Lori Williams, the manager on duty was simply fantastic. THANK YOU FOR A JOB WELL DONE!!!

I'm lovin it!
Everytime I place an order, I use the app and it collects a substantial amount of points that we can use towards food in the future when we don't have a lot of money or just want sweet treat.

I've never had my order messed up at this location. My only suggestion for improving is to ask if customers want sauces before handing the bag out the window. Very fast service but makes it hard to get sauces or anything extra like more napkins.
