Great place friendly staff. Foo always comes prompt and always hot. They did have a new girl on front line which definally needed more social skills and training. Only issue is food sits in window a while before the front line staff get it and call out for you to determine whether or not it is your food. They ask for a name but the new staff just places whatever name they wish so really have to be alert as to what you ordered and he ticket number on receipt.

Stopped with my Mother whole traveling. Chicken tenders where tasty. My mother enjoyed her grilled chicken but did say "you taste 1 grilled chicken you've tasted them all" (that's not a bad thing though). My Mother & I both thought the fries where lacking & we dipped them in the Zaxby's sauce to liven them up. Otherwise very bland & could be done without. The staff was friendly & the service was quick.

Bought this Chicken Cobb Zalad today with honey mustard dressing & bought my mom one also, she loved it!! We ate all of it!!😋 I highly recommend this salad, because you will love it 😀❤

I visited here on my way through town. It took several minutes before an employee acknowledged I was waiting at the counter. Then after I ordered my food, there were no lids for the cups in the drink area. When I got my food, the fries weren’t seasoned and the nibblers had only a drop of Zax sauce on them. One of the sandwiches only had a chicken tender on it that was no longer than an inch. Very disappointed.

Very disappointed at the rude Jasiman girl at drive thru window..I wanted 3 of my drinks up sized and when it was read back at the speaker it was said 3 up sized but when got to window she gave me 2 up sized and wouldn't up size another one so I had to pay for another. Like come on now I'm spending right at 60 dollars and she could make my other drink right like I said at speaker.. maybe she shouldn't work drive thru. Not again

We normally enjoy eating at Zaxby's, but, the last two visits the food was not fresh. We waited over 20 minutes for two meals and we were the only two people eating in the dining room, only to have one of the two meals made incorrectly.

Very disappointed in the food. The fried mushrooms were overcooked and greasy. They had no mushroom taste. The chicken sandwich was very dry. Overall a lousy meal. I won't be back. I am not sure how they are still in business.

Breading was patchy and not cooked all the way through on more than half. Had to stick them in the oven for them to be edible. Zaxby's tries too hard to be original with their sauces... and doesn't quite hit the mark to be honest.
