Moondog Grill

Wow, this place is truly a gem! I’ve been going to the Moorestown Mall since I was in elementary school, and now I work a few miles from it so I frequent it as a place to hang out on my lunch break sometimes. MoonDog Grill is definitely one of my favorite food places in Moorestown now. You truly cannot go wrong with a perfectly cooked Sabrett beef hot dog, and a plethora of available toppings as well as some very delicious and very creative hot dog styles to choose from! My husband and I first tried this place last weekend when we came to see a movie at the mall. We each got the Coney Dog, and it rocked. Today I wanted to try something a bit more different, so I opted for the Filipino Dog which was incredible! So interesting and creative. I highly recommend for lovers of sweet/savory combo foods. The French fries are very crispy, fresh, and plentiful! A small would feed myself and probably my husband. MoonDog also has a long list of interesting sauces to dip the fries in, I had the Curry Mayo and it was delectable! The owner and all employees are extremely friendly people, and it was a very pleasant experience ordering food here both times I’ve gone. If you’re looking for a tasty, unique hot dog and some excellent fries, this is the place for you! I’m definitely going to try their pork roll sandwich and a burger, soon.

Both Hot Dog (got Walking Dead dog) and Fries were just alright. Unfortunately, I could compare it to getting one from 7/11 and I was definitely disappointed after seeing everybody rave about them. Definitely don't regret trying them though. The staff however is very nice and can give recommendations based on what kind of flavor you're looking to try.

If you’re looking for fun, but very delicious all beef hot dogs, LOOK NO FURTHER! My first time here today (3-7-21) and I got the special dog of the month, the pig out, and my wife got the corn fritter dog. They were both very filling and savory! Surprisingly, even though they looked sloppy, we were able to eat them by hand without making a mess. Also the fries were killer! If you like Five Guy’s fries, then you’ll LOVE their fries. The garlic aioli dipping sauce was 100% on point. I will be back for sure, keep up the great food and atmosphere!
