I am very upset with the quality of service I received at the end of the night from this location. While I was in line a customer had asked if they could restock the forks and he was told to go to Auntie Anne's for forks. He refused to stock seeing that there was a line of people who would also need forks. That is ridiculous. They were closing and refused to sell me a classic four pack and when I asked why the guy behind the counter said they could only do it at the end of the night and that they closed in 7 minutes. He wouldn't put four in a box or restock the shelf that usually has the multipacks. I worked in food service for 2 years and was taught that you keep your shelves stocked until closing or make something fresh for the customers when they ask. He wanted to charge me $20 for a $15 deal that should've been stocked. After all that I settled for 2 classics and one mini, which still came out to $14, and he just dropped it into the boxes after ripping the sides as he pulled them off the tray. The classic one is missing a huge ribbon of the side because he cut if off while he was pulling them out. I've never had this much trouble with any other Cinnabon location, but I absolutely will not return to this one.

If I could give it -5 stars I would guy who served me who is supposedly named Jorge who did not wanna give his name after I asked him for it several times. It was after asking another employee that I was given his name as the owner of a business I understand the need to check bills to see if they are authentic but the look he gave me and my family before he checked the money was totally unacceptable and unnecessary I will never go to this Cinnabon location ever again. He gave us this look like we were the scum of the earth! Don’t spend your hard earned money at an establishment that would treat anyone like this!!!

The cashier was disgusting. He wiped his nose with his sleeve after he put my Cinnabon in the box then after ringing me up he then used his fingers to wipe his nose. What bothered me is that he didn't even bother to wash his hands. Just really unsanitary and an easy way to spread germs.

Terrible customer service, staff were young and using foul language. I have anxiety and they were confusing me to the point where I had to sit down. My aunt was with me and had to pay while I sat to the side. Never again!!

The worst I’ve very had the dryest coldest cinnabon ever don’t ever get a Cinnabon while Sicilia is working .... I will never return to this location... I even paid and extra, I’m very displeased with the service.

This was my 1st experience eating Cinnabon and it was TERRIBLE. They were so racist towards us and “Jorge” (if that’s even his name) should be fired!!!!
