I placed a large order and the server brought it to my car and said “that’s it, have a nice night.” I started pulling out of the parking lot when I saw someone running, sprinting toward my car. It was the general manager, who caught up with me to make sure I knew my order hadn’t been completed, he’d recognized the error, and instead of letting me leave, he ran to rectify the situation. He provided the rest of the order and a bag overflowing with sauces, positive vibe, didn’t blame anybody and wished me the very best night. It’s fast food, but that level of customer service … i haven’t seen it in some time and deserves a beaming review. Training takes time, customer service is hard, but that location is working to get it right ✅.

I drive a large vehicle and it never makes the cut for drive thru so I had no choice but to come inside. So I parked, pulled out my crutches (broke my ankle recently) and proceeded to go inside. Immediately an employee ran to help open the door which was unexpected and appreciated. I ordered the big game burger because it sounded interesting. Definitely played on the gamey flavors of the meat with the Swiss cheese which has its own funk, pickles and fried onions. Overall, it was pretty much the flavor I was expecting and I enjoyed it. I always get the jalapeño poppers and with the bronco berry sauce, it’s a winner. Anyways, the same employee offered to carry my order out to my car and that was above and beyond. It felt genuine and I’ll be back to eat here again because of this experience. I believe his name was Jacob. Thanks again man! He deserves a raise.

Good restaurant the food is good but the aju dipping sauce is like brown water they don't mix it correctly it has not mutch flavor because they add way too mutch water. It's like dipping your sandwich into water and making it soggy workers need to properly make sauce . I am not pleased with the aju sauce. I have tried it 3 times at this restaurant, every time it is like water.
