7-eleven

The staff here are mostly amazing. I’ve been a regular here for years and I’ve never had a problem until now. Tammy, Tiffany, Francesca, they’re all amazing. However tonight I stopped by and Makayla yelled at me, threatened to call the cops on me and even invited her bf to the store to laugh at me and whisper at him while laughing at me. It was hurtful and scary. I felt unsafe. I’ve never had this problem with anyone else. I know now not to come when Makayla is working but why should I have to feel this way??? It’s a public store for Christ's sake :( when I first showed up to buy some hot Cheetos she postured angrily and muttered something under her breath. This woman needs to be fired…

I came in at 7:30pm on February 14 to heat my dinner and buy gas, after having a very bad time elsewhere. I went to all 3 other gas stations near the freeway exit, and the man who was working here at this 7 eleven was the ONLY respectful and polite one. At one of the other gas stations, I was directly ordered to remove my veil, which I refused, and they yelled at me to get out. That makes me think that my veil was the reason they were so mean to me at the other stations too. The clerk here was the only one that showed any kind of respect for me. He made me feel better. He helped me use the microwave for my noodles, and he even ran behind the counter to open the door for me when I was struggling. Of course, I bought my gas HERE. Gas stations should know that having good men like this clerk working there, can mean the difference between making sales and having repeat business, or losing money. I don't know how 7 Eleven snagged this employee, but they are lucky to have him. Very good customer service. When nobody was checking out, he stayed busy with his job duties, cleaning and organizing. What a wonderful clerk. I recommend this 7 Eleven if he's working. I didn't catch his name, so I included the date and time in case management reads this.
