The food is simply outstanding. World class. The Elk is amazing. The fish chowder soup appetizer is worth the trip. Service is excellent and friendly. Monument should be proud of this restaurant.

Kevin our server was amazing!! My wife and I went to celebrate our anniversary as Bistro had been recommended to us by some close friends. The food is delicious and is presented beautifully. I had the Elk tenderloin and my wife the lamb bolognese. Definitely a must go if your in the area. Ask for Kevin if he is there!

We had a beautiful dinner at The Bistro on 2nd. Everything we ordered was delicious and the service was beyond amazing. They make everything in house and their cocktails are phenomenal as well! The vibes inside are welcoming, warm, and cozy. I can’t wait to come back in the summer to spend some time on their beautiful patio!

We stopped by tonight for drinks and they were amazing. Monument mule and a Blood Orange Paloma, which I enjoyed because it was too sweet. We sat outside on the patio and the service was great. The bacon wrapped stuffed dates are a must! They are delicious!

Visiting from out of town. Our friends took us to dinner here. Appetizers and main course were excellent. Desserts were awesome as well. Drinks were good too. Service was awesome.

This a great restaurant! The food is really good and the drinks are even better. The elk was mouth-watering and one of our favorite dishes. The staff was really friendly and helpful. We asked for custom drinks and they came through with an amazing drink that we loved. It's in an old house and the upstairs feels slanted but it didn't bother us at all. Highly recommend

Amazing place to eat! Food is absolutely phenomenal!!! Ordered the Elk, I have no words of how delicious this dish was. Atmosphere is awesome also! Staff is very knowledgeable about the menu, and very friendly. When we walked up, we were greeted with a very welcoming smile. We will definitely be going back!

This is where you want to go for quality, well-prepared entrees, drinks, & desserts.The food is mouthwatering, prepared to perfection, and top quality. The Chef & pastry chef are incredible and the service by all staff is kind, efficient, & memorable. Our waiter, Robi, was so knowledgeable, helpful, kind, & easy to talk to. He made our experience so enjoyable. We can't stop raving about Bistro on 2nd. It's a must & we will definitely be back.

Lovely evening. Kevin our waiter was the best waiter that I have experienced in Colorado in 20 years. Very accommodating, supportive of our requests and just all-around good guy. The chef accommodated us as well.
If I were to say something negative, it is that it is frustrating to be a party of two women and always be offered the teeny tiny table stuck in a corner when the entire restaurant only has one other group.
Enough said.
I would suggest adding some South American wines to the list such as from Chile and Argentina. All in all, It was a lovely experience and I would definitely return.

Came here with some new friends. Had a reservation so we managed to get seated right away. The service was fantastic and was attentive. Everything was presented very beautifully and everything tasted great. Drinks were on the pricey side along with the meals but was worth it for the service and the flavor. Will definitely be back for sure to try other dishes and so many sounded very delicious.
