The location on Zelda road has been disappointing lately. They for whatever reason are closed on the inside usually and only operate through the drive-thru. The sign says short staffed drive-thru only. I've seen quite a few coffee shops handling things just fine with less staff than I see through the doors. Also the other places handle much more complicated orders. I hope they change things soon because it is a convenient location. Step it up folks.

Starbucks on Zelda Road was very generous to us here at Peter Crump Elementary during Teacher Appreciation Week! When I say GENEROUS….I MEAN GENEROUS! Everyone received a gift card, along with coffee being served and 3 baskets raffled away! THANK YOU SO MUCH STARBUCKS!❤️ WDP

super quick and friendly service! however our drinks weren't made correctly... my dad's cappuccino was heavy and my iced london fog latte was made with the wrong tea. as a barista i understand this is more an issue with training and technique, i wish these lovely people would be shown the proper way to make these drinks!
iced london fog should be earl grey tea steeped for 5 minutes (which i was totally willing to wait), and the capp should be half foam, half milk. i got iced black tea (a different blend of tea with different flavor), and again my dad's cappuccino was heavy, so too much milk.

They got a couple of good worker that makes your drink good.but they got some that just don't care how they make it.i went there and spent 20$ on three drinks.they wasn't right at all

The store had spirit with friendly, young, vibrant employees who don't mind taking time with the customer. I aspire to be like them when I start working soon. Kind and generous with time.

Polite and detailed batistas here. They got my coffee exactly like I asked, and yes I asked for something a little extra. This store was also very clean when we visited!

I like this Starbucks! The service did take a while though. The drinks we got tasted amazing. The baristas did thier jobs, just wish the were a bit faster. This coffee shop was not hard to find as Google maps did all the hard work. Would definitely visit again and leave another review.
