They are always so nice and on point with the food but this location needs staffing help badly!!! Their lack of staff means extremely long wait times. Corporate needs to step in or start offering bonuses/incentives/better pay so people want to come to work!!! These poor employees are probably miserable! And to all the rude people leaving reviews, look at the world we live in and what we went through the last two years!! Give people a break.
Another good experience at Wendys. My wife got the hot chicken biggie bag and a salad to eat for dinner later that evening. I got a big bacon cheddar cheese double combo. I also got extra catsup because I find that I like their fries better with just a little catsup. Overall an enjoyable meal, I was disappointed that my mobile coupon for $3 dollars off of a $15 dollar order did not work. It did not remain available it disappeared off of my phone as available offers.
Line was quite long. Got to the speaker and I was asked to wait to order. I had to wait a few minutes before I could order. I placed my order and the food came quickly. The cashier was very friendly.

I LOVE. She is done with life and people and her stoic "Welcome to Wendy's, how can I help you." ALWAYS brings a smile. No matterhow friendly I am to her, she very rarely cracks a smile.
I cannot stress how serious this review is. I only go there because of her. She is the best. May she have many lovely relaxing days and a raise!!!
