Our waitress was very kind, friendly & overall patient! She didn’t have an attitude with us even with us having a group of 13 & it being 45 mins till closing time. She was amazing!! Very positive attitude, she kept asking if we were doing okay & we were overall very happy & satisfied with her service! Miranda you did an amazing job! Thank you so much for all your work with us that night. Next time we are in we will definitely be asking if you are available to be our server!! ☺️

Service was quite slow, but they seemed short-staffed, which is to be expected. They did have some new trainees though. My son received fries with his meal when he ordered cheese curds, but the staff rectified the issue quickly. Main issue was that the wings came out cold, despite having to wait quite a while. Seems to be a workflow issue with the kitchen finishing food before the wait staff is ready to serve it. I'm ok with having to wait, but the food should at least come out fresh.

Wow, what a difference a year makes! Ordered a fairly large to-go order for super bowl Sunday this year, 2022, (just like we did last year) and man was their process this year slick! Last year (2021) I waited 40 minutes past our scheduled pickup time for our order and then after getting it realized several items were wrong / missing. This year we walked in an they had whole well organized system to check to-go orders in and then get us our food promptly, and it was exactly what we ordered! Cudos to the team here for making some great process improvements!
