Every location from East Moline to Eldridge is a complete travesty. I keep trying to get that nostalgic experience of having some Hungry Hobo like I did when I was younger but service and product quality have entered the 8th circle of hell… you must abandon ALL expectations if you wish to be even the most minimally satisfied with a hungry hobo food product. My sandwich was an absolute mess and my waffle fries were cooked for less than one minute and were smashed and soggy from the moment it left the the fryer. What are you guys doing with your restaurant??? Im convinced the only reason you stay open is because your customers give even less of an F than you do.
This is the last time ANY Hungry Hobo will be getting my money.

My favorite sandwich place in the QC. The only downside is the lack of customization. It's getting better with online ordering, though. Their chili is great. Their bread stays soft in the fridge and their ingredients are always fresh. Their cheese fries are fantastic. The last time we ordered it was < 30 minutes from order to being ready.

Foods usually okay not that good or bad. But double check your orders, especially when it comes to toppings (cheese,veggies) or condiments(mayo,vingear, oil) . Which seem get forgotten in varying degrees.

I waited for thirty minutes inside for my food. The workers were very rude and they took one of my cheddar fries out of my to go bag and gave it to another customer which shorted me a fry.

Rueban was dry, no thousand island.as requested. Rye bread stale, fell apart. Sign of being stale. Different sandwich maker, from last month. Same time of day. 4pm.

Worst Hobo in the QC! I have given them so many chances because I love Hobo.. not this one. They just don't care every time I go in.

Sandwiches are always made well but the main reason I'm leaving a 5 star is the gentlemen who works counter at lunch is consistently in a great mood and does his job fantastic. If I owned a company I'd steal him from you in a second!!!
