Chipotle Mexican Grill

I am torn on this place. I want to give them more than a three star since I do like their burrito bowls. Their regular burrito's are good but I prefer other places that do a better job on those. The service is hit or miss. I think they are just severely understaffed to be honest and need a better more efficient way to make orders. I have sat in line while they were making multiple to go orders with a line going out the door. I have almost left based on how slow they are. I have sat in line watching some employees cleaning counters while they were backed up. Maybe that is necessary but it seems like performance could be improved. The three stars is for the tasty burrito bowls, the minus two is for either poor training but more likely inefficient management. This placed is just not equipped for heavy traffic.
