The food was pretty good, I live in Arizona but was able to eat at an official white castle in Illinois. I'm glad they have "something like" chicken, but it would be nice if it was real chicken.

I absolutely love white castle, from my youth to my golden Years I like to have a combo pack once in a while and as for the the taste and shape of the burger, it has not changed much! However, one item that changed some time ago was the onion rings. Sliders the menu of choice afters hours...About this location the people who work here are pretty good and location in and out of the business is not bad for asseblitiy.

The food is always good.The service was ok
The dining room? Was awful..Half the tables were dirty and the floor? Was a skating rink.Im not kidding.It was VERY Slippery
.I dont know what they use to clean that floor but someome will fall and get seriously injured

I was at the drive thru and I can see it was clean and the cashier was nice and the food was hot and they were not too long every thing was in the bag properly.

So it's been like FOREVER since I have been to a White Castle. I am talking since the early 70s/80s in Brooklyn New York my hometown. I remember as a young thing going there with my family. Then as a early adult after partying all night at the clubs.
While things have changed some, they still have the classics which should never change. The place was clean, the workers very pleasant as I was reminiscing of days gone by. Ahhh the memories now we made some with the grandkids. On our way to get our kicks on a road trip on Route 66. Chicago to LA.

Every time I go to this particular location I always get somebody rude it's like it's more rude people working there... bit there's 1 Chic who works in drive that's really nice ..and drove the can be slow also
