While I am not a fan of tangy BBQ or Carolina Tang BBQ, they definitely hit the flavor mark on a "Tangy" BBQ. I would not recommend going here if you like a sweeter BBQ. The only thing we were not impressed with was they don't grill the buns and the Texas dip & chips were too salty for my tastebuds. Which everyone had their own personal taste.
Other than those 2 things, the ribs were cooked perfectly & had alot of meat on them. I read another review saying they were fatty but mine were not. The dry rub on the ribs was so good that I didn't need BBQ sauce. The pulled pork had a great flavor as well.
My husband had a brisket sandwich, which the meat was good but he likes the bun grilled.
The service was impeccable! Waitress & other wait staff was super friendly & helpful.
We didn't have any alcohol but the lemonade was good.

The food and drinks were absolutely amazing! Would highly recommend the Tex Fries, Brisket, or Chicken Wings! Our first experience here we spoke to the owner/manager and explained how much we enjoy wings and he brought out 2 complimentary wings which were absolutely fantastic! Even the sauces here are top notch. For anyone who wants great service, good food and drinks stop by Doc's and be impressed!

Absolutely delicious. Everything we ordered was good BBQ baked beans, pulled pork, ribs, sausage, and all the sauces were spot on. Staff was friendly, resturant was clean. Social distancing practiced and all employees wearing masks.
