Such great customer service! I understand the other reviewers about the wait time but there is a shortage everywhere! Just be glad anyone showed up to work to even make you food! I asked for ketchup once and they said some was already in my bag and even offered if I needed more! The workers there are going above and beyond my expectations! I will come again!

Been here several times. We are military and requested a discount. The first couple of times we was given the discount. Now they tell us they do do military discount. This was the same Manger that gave it to us before. Would have been 4 stars if there was consistency.

Worst Fast food restaurants we have ever attended, took over 15 minutes in the drive-through waiting for food and they still messed it up. 10 people working in the store standing around. The fryer guy would come out drop something and disappear, they were working on one order at a time. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Ordered mobile pickup through the app. Doors were locked and the drive through line took 30+ minutes and counting. Hire more employees or offer higher wages to attract more. Chick-fil-A right next door doesn’t seem to be having any problems.

The food was horrible. First the hamburger was cold. The fries look like they been refried. The guy at the window had his hand in top of my drink and his fingernails were nasty underneath. The staff is unprofessional as well as the management.

My experience was awful my head and my stomach started hurting soon as I ate my food. My fries was hard and cold they look like they been refried. My bread was wet and cold. Yall need to up staff and management because this is a crime shame.

I waited in the drive-through for 15 minutes then went inside and waited for at least 10 minutes before I asked is the inside open the inside open one guy said I'll be with you in a minute it was more like another 10 minutes the the place was filthy and so was the manager's Clothing. I decided I didn't want my food anymore. if you're gonna be super slow please be courteous It'll be a while before I return there and I used to really like this restaurant At this location

20 mins in the drive threw and still haven’t gotten my food poor customer service! When I pulled around their was no car at any window that shift needs help or something
