I never complain about the wait. The food is cooked to order, and that takes time. Fresh food is worth it! So if you have issue with that go to another restaurant. Whataburger is it for you. I will complain that the headquarters often make this restaurant run short-handed. To be as short-handed as they seem to be forced to stay, they do a great job! Thank you guys!!!

Food was decent. The plastic bag that the food came in was exceptional. The bag even after being puked in at auburn rodeo was in the best condition of anything last night. No leakage whatsoever. 15/10 would throw up in a whataburger bag again.

I ordered online through their mobile app because I had a reward for multiple visits. It would have been for a free sandwich. I waited for 20 minutes outside and when nobody came out I went in to check on my order to find out they didn't even have it. Not much of a reward is it?👎

Haven't been in a while we went through the drive through.I ordered small.burger small fries. So much flavor it was gone in a second. And then regret set in . I soon wished I would of gone large it was so good left me wanting more.

Was the first person in my group to order food, 3 of us had the same order different order numbers. I never got my food unroll I went to the counter and asked where my order was was, the manager didn't have a clue. There were only 2 other people in the restraint at the time and they had been served before our group got their. The manager finally got my meal ready but I had to wait an extra 2 minutes for my fries and he didn't even apologize for the mix up.

My favorite fast food place to go to when I’m in Mobile!! Wish the lobby was open. Drive through was a lengthy weight, but well worth it!! Love me some Whataburger!!

First time eating here or at a whataburger an I'm very impressed with the one at this location. Very friendly fast service an fresh food. My husband got the grilled chicken an that by far was the best chicken sandwich very juicy an hot. Everything was amazing thank u guys an gals we will Def return
