I ordered and pair for a large ice coffee and when I received my order, it was in a medium cup. When I told the drivetru worker, I was told that the cup received was a large. When clearly it was marked as a medium since their ice coffee cups have the sizes marked and highlighted on them. If they didn't have the correct size, the least they could have done was said something. This isn't the first time there have been problems at this location.

6pm Mother's Day 5/8/2022. Horrible Service. The manager told me that they didn't have my curbside order through the mobile app then when I showed it to her on my bank account, she still said there was no order. Then 4 seconds later a cook came and practically threw my bag of food at me, after I waited for about 20 minutes. Cook had a bad attitude after I was very polite.

Rolled though the drive thru at 4:40pm 4/30/22 only car in the drive through, the lady working the window was being snappy and salty af, didn't tell me my total and was slow to the window for me to pay. I ordered a kids meal and #3 and y'all managed to mess up both.
Reminded me why I never eat fast food anymore.

Extremely slow and taken 20 minutes to wait to make an order. It is usually not a problem for me since I know many food businesses are short of staff but for to finally arrive at the pickup window for that young lady to have an attitude is crazy.

Did not how my full order. Didn’t notice till I got back to work. Very basic, simple order. Didn’t think I needed to check my bag before driving away. They were not busy at all.

I waited almost 15 to order after being greeted. Even then no one took my order so I just left. Such a disappointment. I drove to the windows snd people were inside just not doing their job. Rude and unprofessional. I would give 0 stars if I could

Manager at MacDonald downtown was just so rude over some drinks that's on the receipt. How are you gonna get a whole attitude with someone when we paid for it. Then the orders wasn't even right but that's ok count your days because I will be letting corporate know about the manager that worked the window tonight 🤬🤬🤬🤬
