Mcdonald's

Went through drive thru ordered chicken nugget meal and cheese burger plain. I have to go back to get my cheese burger They left out. I get home and my daughter bites into this burnt ch burger THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND THIS IS WHAT THEY gave us after i had to already go back to get it since they left it out the first time.

Been to this location 5 or 6 times, EVERY SINGLE TIME something was missing. I always look before I leave since getting your order takes about 15-20 minutes to get and stuff is still is missing. This time I was tired/dumb and didn't look in the bag before I left. Get home, no Big Mac and of course thrown together messy and burnt Mcdoubles. I call 3 times, no amswer. It's almost 10 pm, I can't drive back tonight so there's nothing that I can get done about this. Trashy.

I went through the drive thru and ordered two medium cokes. I stopped at the first window but nobody was there so I went to the second window. The lady yelled at the person who was supposed to be at the first window then told me I have to go back around. Customers are expected to wait in a long line TWICE because an employee wasn’t doing their job? No thanks. I went elsewhere. This literally just happened. I hope a manager sees this but I don’t think they would care. I would give zero stars if I there was an option.

I usually avoid mcdonalds, but today I decided to give it another go. It took 15 minutes to get my order, she kept messing it up on the screen so I had no idea what I was paying until I got to the window, she dumped my change next to my hand instead of on it so it all went on the ground, I asked for grape jelly and got ketchup instead, got ice when I asked for none, both lids were unsecured so I spilled a little of both drinks when I grabbed them. Cemented the fact that I should avoid this chain entirely, and I advise you to avoid this location.

Got the kid a nugget happy meal in drive thru and ask for extra ranch when ordered , asked again was there extra ranch when food given at window . Reply was it should be in there with a pause and smile . Only 1 ranch dip .. so I continue to sit at the window while she apparently was ignoring me hoping I would leave. But when I stayed she finally grab more ranch and practically throw them at me with an annoying look. Which is how I realized she was purposefully ignoring me !! Really lady I hate McDonald’s as much as you but the kid loves it!! Be nice !

Hate it. Every single time I go there it's a problem. I try to stay away. 7 cars pulled up. SEVEN. so I made numb 8! I asked well what do y'all have ready I'll change my order. I was told a very rude response. I mean like......hash browns take just a few minutes. If your line is long fling breakfast why aren't y'all continually making food? Oh yes let's add there's always no loose change. Which makes the cashier yell out "I need some change" while your trying to make sure your order is correct because they "what elsed" you to death while making your order. Let's put a HARDEES here in the place of McDonald's on DIP. Whole new GM on down to the cashiers.
