This was my first experience at Tropical Smoothie cafe and I loved it! The incredible staff got my food and drinks out in a timely manner and the environment was clean. The smoothie was great but quesadilla was subpar. Overall I highly recommend!!! (Thanks for the great service Johnathon and King 👍)

Wasn't able to eat. My wife and I were totally ignored. We were the only ones in the place and one car in the drive thru. We left after standing at the counter for 5 minutes and the girl behind the counter didn't even say a word to us. As if we were bothering her for walking in. Will not go back.

Seriously I wish I would have checked the reviews. Ordered with them twice via DoorDash. 1st order: wrap was actually disgusting and flat, idc if it’s almost cold, It was the chicken Thai wrap, with 6 pieces of wilted lettuce. 2nd order: (I’m at a hotel 4 mins away this time) The dasher came to my hotel with no smoothie. They forgot my entire smoothie. That’s all I really wanted was a smoothie, tried calling the store so they can fix It or I can just walk there. No resolve, because the phone line was busy for hours. You can see the veggie wrap I ordered. It was so dry I tried to search for hummus and it’s like they love being stingy. Upset and Hungry with no smoothie. Never again. Go somewhere else for food.

The service at this location is a joke now! We used to eat here all the time with no issues. Takes at least 20-30 minutes to get your food and you are lucky if your order is taken correctly

The Baja chicken wrap is horrible. Dry no flavor no sauce. Just chicken beans and rice with lettuce piece no one likes to eat. I’ve been before it wasn’t this bad. This is my last try.

Worst customer service ever: first of all the cashier was rude as heck. He took his precious time taking my money. I had sit and watch him play on his phone before he took my money. Then he sneezed twice and didn’t cover his mouth. So I asked for a refund and he goes to the back and tells everyone I wanted a refund because he sneezed. No you nasty little B… I wanted a refund because your nasty tail sneezed everywhere and didn’t wash your hands or cover your mouth/ nose. And then someone, I’m guessing the manager, came up and was like he doesn’t handle the food. So are you sure you want a refund? And I was like yes because he still has to pass me the bag and touch my straw. What kind of question is that to ask the customer? Would you want to take food from someone who’s sneezing or coughing everywhere. He knew he had to sneeze, all he had to do is cover his mouth. Just trifling

The food is great but the service in the drive through is horrendous. To spend 20 minutes in line now I’ve been sitting at the “order here” for 6 min and still have not gotten to place my order. Last time it was a total of 45 minutes in the drive through. Unfortunately this will be my last visit to this location.
