Taco Bell

The lady working the drive-thru window on our late night pick-up after a play was truly friendly and sweet, the main redeeming quality of this place. The food is better than its reputation. Not much fried, healthier than some, not as much as others. Our order was fast and correct. This store needs to be renovated or torn down and rebuilt, and, honestly, I tend to avoid it just due to the age of the facility and being worried about the condition of the kitchen.

First, thanks for working during this crisis! Second, the crew working tonight is fantastic! Third....everything we ordered was perfect! Never had such a nicely prepared and tasty taco or chicken burrito from the Bell in...well not until tonight! Also appreciate the safety precautions, some places aren’t wearing masks anymore 😑

I've been here twice. Both times service was bad, place was dirty, and food was HORRIBLE. My first visit order had long black hair in my taco. I have short brown hair. I took a picture of it and showed to them the next visit. Second visit, I show them the picture, she tells her manager, manager says whatever. I order my food and ask them to hold the hair. This time, they decided to also hold nearly all the meat in my food. There was barely anything on it. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had. DO NOT COME HERE!

This was by far the worst service I have ever received! Cashier was rude, 5 items on the menu were no longer available, food was not fresh at all. was sticking to the paper, had to peel the paper off of my hard taco's. How on earth does paper get stuck on a hard shell taco? Ingredients were missing from a few of the items ordered. After the dirty looks I got just for trying to check my order at the window was enough to make sure I steer far away from this Taco Bell. Get new employee's someone who is proud to represent your company with a smile and fresh food? Too many people needing Job's today to have to deal with this. For what I spent for this large order I could have had Steaks instead.

There's a Chinese curse: "may you have an interesting life." This was an interesting experience. At 5:00 I decided to go to Taco Bell, my first outing to Fast Food since March 13. A worker was outside smoking and said the computers were down. It would be 20 minutes before I could place my order. I decided to use the restroom and wait. The restroom was clean, definitely adds some stars to a review. I came out and workers were moving around in the back of the kitchen. A few minutes and one and then another came forward. Apparently they couldn't use the computers on the counter, but if I would pay with Credit or Debit I could use the Self-Serve kiosk in the lobby to order. The kiosk provides all the ordering options, so after a few minutes of looking at many options I successfully placed my order. $22.65. Now to pay. I put my debit card in, provided PIN number, waited, Transaction Denied. Maybe I keyed the PIN wrong?Again. More carefully. Transaction Denied. Pulled my card while deciding what to do, the workers were still in the back of the kitchen, but fortunately the young lady I'd talked to first was ready for another smoke. She told me Not to use my PIN, just bypass. Sure enough, that worked and I paid. But a fight was breaking out at the back of the kitchen. I couldn't see them but two women were more than a little angry, judging by the tone with which words like "m--er f--cker" were being thrown -- and by the frozen faces of the young man and another young woman who moved away, closer to the counter and to me as they watched the fight. Suddenly it went quiet back there, by which I assume at least one of the pugilists had left through a backdoor. The young man made my food with assistance from the short young woman who had also been a member of the audience. The food was carefully packaged for me and, when we got home and opened it, perfectly made and accurate. So, if the computer had worked, the pay process on the kiosk had been more straightforward (either allowing PIN use or not asking for thst PIN), and the unseen workers had chosen to not have a fight, I probably would have given this 5 stars.

Order was correct but the restaurant was absolutely disgusting. Trash all over the floors, trash cans overflowing inside, food left on tables, sticky tables and the restroom was ungodly! Drink area was filthy too. Lids everywhere, soilles drinks and sticky counter tops. The girl taking orders had long nails and had a rushing attitude. You weren't even greeted when walking in. Employees carried on conversations with one another. Never once got a hey, thank you or have a good evening.
