I got a cheeseburger that was NOT warm. I was surprised a single cheeseburger was $ 1.64. The facility was empty for eating in and staff was nice. Take out and drive through is convenient.

The staff at this location are much friendlier and seem to be more prompt than some of the other local McDonald's locations. I'm not sure if it's due to their proximity to USA, but whatever it is, I like this McDonald's. Plus my food is always fresh and my order is always correct from this location.

My fish sandwich bun was hard and there was no tarter sauce or cheese just ketchup. The line was very slow. When I called the ph # was disconnected! 251-3432-8172….I am extremely hungry after a long day of work and running errands. I didn’t open my sandwich to check it until I got all the way home! Ordered a double fish meal and a regular fish meal. Second time coming here and ordering these. Buns are so dry like they try to toast them or something. Tartar sauce has way too many onions. What happened to the soft bun. I will not be ordering their fish anymore thats for sure. Triple cheeseburgers where great though

The inside and outside have improved after recent renovations. This McDonald's went from one of the worst looking fast food places in Mobile to one of the nicest. The staff on the inside has also improved. The drive-through is still a bit backed up, but this location can not have two drive-throughs like some locations. Also, it seems like they were hiring more workers, so things should continue to improve.

This new Spicy Crispy Chicken sandwich is the GOAT the sauce & bun is what make this chicken sandwich delicious 😋!!! Poor customer service they gave me cold French fries 🍟 right at 11:20 am. I returned them back they thought that they were smarter than me . They put the fries 🍟 in a small bag and returned them to me not thinking that I would check to see if they were hot !! They were still cold !! Anyone In their right mind knows it takes anywhere from 5-10 minutes to prepare hot fries 🍟!!! Shame on you for trying to deceive the customer and for that you get 3 🌟s instead of a 5 🌟 rating!!!

Probably one of the better McDonalds in Mobile. Their food always tastes better even if you did tell them not to put ketchup on your burger and they did anyway.

Ordered pickup in app. Arrived at location waited in line for over half an hour only to be told thier system was down and I'd just wanted my entire lunch break to get nothing. This location is a joke never spending a dime here again.
