I normally love having dinner with Captain D's but my last two visits at this location was horrible. The service is very slow, the size of the fish is much smaller " not much bigger then the hushpuppies" and they don't package the liquid foods to not spill. I was very disappointed with it all. Had I lived closer to the restaurant I would have returned the food. I will not dine at this location again. They need better management with service all around. Very disappointed after paying almost 30 bucks I could have had a real meal at a fish house and had much better food.

The customer service here is by far one of the best I have gotten at any “fast food” establishment! I come here pretty frequently on Fridays and from the cooks to the front end staff, everyone is so incredibly friendly! Even when they are swamped, they still seem to muster up those smiles and keep on trucking! My food is always made perfect and I absolutely love coming here!! Keep it up!! :)

The food was OK. Greasy, as expected. Online ordering is my complaint. I placed and paid for my $27 (2 dinners) order at 5:07 pm, and requested pick up at 5:30. I got there at 5:25 and was the second car in the drive through. At 5:40 they had just started my order. That's when I requested a refund if it was going to be much longer. At 5:50 I finally got my order. I won't make that mistake again. I'll go somewhere else instead.

Very poor customer service is an understatement. Horrible experience on July 2 2021. We ordered a family meal of fish with 2 side dishes. Our fish was cooked in dirty grease and over cooked. I drove back to the restaurant after making it home to complain and was told they were closed, I told them I had a complaint they said ok and I showed them my order and they said they would remake it sadly to say I got the same results. I asked why they was closing early they young lady said things just didn't work out today. Really! Poor service is an understatement, while I was standing in the lobby the customers was complaining about waiting on their food going on a hour. Very disappointed I hope this post helps to improve the customer service at that establishment.

The manager here is terrible.She doesn't know how to manage her employees or the business.I was told that they didn't have one of the sides that I had ordered online. So she gave me limited options to choose from. I asked to substitute for a dessert and she said no! Now the desert I ask to sub for cost less than the side it was replacing. So I told her to give me a total refund. She said I would have to go online to do that so I showed her the app said call the store for cancellation and refund. She was combative and inept!

Food was great, staff was awesome, service was good. The facilities, especially the beverage station need attention from corporate (e.g. Old drink machine that's broken needs to be repaired or replaced).
